What an indescribable experience. Getting to know those remarkable Mexican people was the highlight of our trip. Bill & I are farmers and thought we were pretty tough physically, but the local villagers put us to shame with their work ethic, stamina, and resilience. Our primitive housing underscored how spoiled we are here at home.

Every morning since our return when I wash my face with warm water flowing freely from the faucet, almost unheard of in La Concepcion, I say a prayer of gratitude for the blessings we enjoy and hope our efforts will ease some of the hardships of our new Mexican friends. Thank you, ASEA, for affording us this opportunity for our hearts to expand exponentially!
