After months of planning and preparation, construction is officially underway at the Navrongo Technical Institute in Ghana. This milestone marks an important step in expanding access to quality education and vocational training for students in the Upper East Region.
A Long-Awaited Milestone
As we’ve previously shared, students at the Navrongo Technical Institute face significant infrastructure challenges, including inadequate classrooms, limited accommodations, and insufficient facilities for adequate learning.
With ground now broken, the project is moving from planning to construction. This milestone represents months of collaboration and a shared commitment to creating an environment where students have the resources they need to succeed.

Investing in Education and Opportunity
The institute’s broader development plans include new classrooms, vocational workshops, student housing, and essential facilities designed to improve learning conditions and expand enrollment.
These improvements will help the school strengthen its technical education programs, equipping students with practical skills in fields such as engineering, construction, and information technology.
While construction is only beginning, the groundbreaking marks meaningful progress toward a more accessible and effective learning environment.

Progress Made Possible Together
The Advancing Life Foundation is proud to celebrate this milestone alongside the Navrongo Technical Institute and the supporters who have helped move this initiative forward.

What began as a vision for improved educational infrastructure is now taking shape on the ground.
We look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses and this important investment in education takes shape.
We can’t do this without your support. Every donation helps this school and these students become something greater.
